Old School Mate Attempts Sabotage of Marriage With Dermal Filler Use

In school, I always felt sorry for—we shall call her Brenda to protect her identity—because she had chronic acne problems all over her face. The poor dame could never get a date. Years later, I ran into Brenda and even though she no longer had the acne she was left with a face full of icepicks or acne scarring.

A few weeks later, I ran into Brenda again and her scarring was completely gone.

Perhaps this is rather shallow of me, but if I was not married I would have asked Brenda on a date. I know during this second chance meeting I was not able to help myself flirting. Brenda was simply incredibly attractive—nothing like she had been in high school and nothing like she had been a few weeks ago with all of the acne scarring.

Knowing that I had been writing these blogs on dermal fillers, she told me that she had a dermal filler treatment to take the acne scars away. I have been somewhat familiar with the use of dermal fillers to remove unsightly acne scars, but have been reluctant to write about it until now and my chance meeting with Brenda.

She told me that the scars didn’t actually go away, but that the dermal filler brought up the shallow scar tissue to a more level place with the rest of the facial skin, giving the entire face a nice, smooth look and feel.

Brenda did say the one drawback of the dermal filler treatment was that it was not a permanent solution. The practitioner explained to her that she would have to return every six months to keep the new, sexy look.

Brenda said the pain was minimal and the cost was reasonable, especially because of the newfound attention she was receiving from men—including me. I did not get her numbers though, and happily reminded myself that I am quite married.
